An investment site in the Novokubansk District is proposed for the implementation of the project in the field of tourism
It is planned to construct a rural tourist complex on the land plot.
The area of investment-attractive plot is 9,578 sq. m. The site is located near the Yuzhniy khutor (Sovetskoye rural settlement). There is a local road, “Yuzhniy khutor” (adjons), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 “Kavkaz” is 33 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Novokubansk city is 49 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 249 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Armavir is 34 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 249 km, and to the sea port of Tuapse is 331 km.
The site is in the state property, with the Administration of Sovetskoye rural settlement as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.
The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 100 m, to the water system is 120 m, to the gas supply system is 150 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 0.7 million rubles.
