An investment site is proposed for a project in the industrial sector in the Novokubansk District
The Municipal Formation plans to arrange the construction of an industrial park on the investment-attractive land plot.
The area of investment-attractive plot is 320,000 sq. m. The site is located in Sovetskoye rural settlement. The distance to the federal highway M-29 “Kavkaz” is 20 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Novokubansk city is 47 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 249 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Armavir is 30 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 249 km, and to the sea port of Tuapse is 335 km.
The site is in the state property, with the Administration of Krasnodar krai as a right holder. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.
The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure.
