The distinctive feature of the first resident of the park – «Kuban bread-baking plant» – is the incorporation of three separate factories: for production of confectioneries, crackers and bread-rings products and pasta products. It will enable to enhance the efficiency of operation and reduce the production cost of goods due to common engineering infrastructure, areas for warehousing raw materials and finished products, logistics and maintenance service. The plant is computer-aided. Some of the functions are performed by robots. There are laboratories in place where, inter alia, new products are developed and tested.
