The Municipal Formation Novokubansk District represents a plant construction project
The Municipal Formation invites entrepreneurs to invest in a promising project for the construction of a plant for the production of sports and baby food.
The implementation of the investment project provides for the construction of a plant that will specialize in the production of sports dry mixtures and baby puree. It is expected that after reaching the design capacity, the plant will produce 1,420 tons of finished products every year.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 210 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1.3 years, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 50 new jobs.
A land plot of 58,999 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Novokubansk city. The distance to the federal highway “Kavkaz” is 8 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 205 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Kubanskaya is 5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 205 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 288 km.
