X5 retail group n.v. invest approximately 1 billion rubles in the development of the federal trade network “Pyatyorochka” in Kuban

This was announced by the chief executive of X5 Retail Group Stephan Ducharme at the press conference in Krasnodar on May 22, 2014. The opening of a new facility in Kuban – a shop "Pyatyorochka" in Tikhoretsk was a reason for the event.

This store became four thousandth one for the company in Russia.

In coming years, X5 Retail Group NV intends to invest approximately 1 billion rubles in the development of the shop network "Pyatyorochka" in the Krasnodar region.

The regional authorities and the investor entered into the corresponding agreement at the international forum "Sochi-2013".

The Agreement provides for the opening of 100 stores "Pyatyorochka" in the cities and districts of the region.
