Factory, 22. Type of project - new construction. The project is expected to process up to 8653 tons of vegetables and 6,296 tons of fruit a year, including : frozen tomatoes, frozen potatoes, frozen cauliflower, frozen mushrooms, frozen vegetable mix. It is also assumed drying cherries, strawberries, plums and apricots. Processing, drying and shock freezing will be carried out with the use of modern high-tech equipment without the use of chemicals, which will maximally preserve the useful properties and vitamins in vegetables. |
